Sleeping 24, excluding the North Block basemeent, the property comprises of 2 semi-detached adjoining villas, namely Villa Bella (North Block) and Villa Nikole (South Block).The two villas are mirror images of each other. The only significant difference between the two properties, is that Villa Bella’s (North Block) basement sleeping 2 has a self contained studio with ensuite facilities and a kitchenette, but this is not available for rent and is used as storage space for the Owner.
You will love both Villa's, each being a 360m² luxurious sea front SW facing air conditioned property with spectacular sea views of the islands to the West and the fishing harbour to the North. You can either swim in the crystal clear waters of the harbour 50m away or walk 150m to the beach which also has an area for young children and a snack bar/cafe with free internet service.
Each property sleeps 12 on 3 floors, with each floor having 1 double (twin beds in the case of the South Block) and 1 twin bedroom. The ground floor has 2 bathrooms, one ensuite and each of the other 2 floors have a single shared bathroom.. Each of the 3 floors has its own kitchen (each with its own oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher), living/dining areas, 3 balconies and a large 11 metre long 3.3 m wide terrace on the ground floor with magnificant views for communal eating along with their own large stone BBQ. The large basement on the North Block, sleeping 2 has a self contained studio with twin beds and with ensuite facilities and a kitchenette. There is a large washing machine and drier in this basement. The South Block has a combination washine machine/driers on each of the 3 foors. The North Block basement is not available for rent, but the washing machine and drier can be used if requested. The 2 man inflatable canoes and a small inflatable childrens dinghy and the laser sail boat are stored in the basement, and these are for the use of the Owner only
Each Villa has parking for 3 cars with more adjacent parking and each floor is well equipped with Satelite TV, DVD, & Hi-Fi system.
Wifi and Internet. With the deregulisation of the mobile phone networks across the EU, roaming charges have been eliminated and costs for using mobile phones in the EU by member states is the same as one's own host country. So smart phones such as IPhones allows internet access with the same level of charges as ones host country. As a backup and in the event problems are being experienced with the mobile phones accessing the internet, Huaweli pocket modems are provided on each floor on the North Block. These modems have been charged with 100 kunas or more and if these are consumed, then top these up using vouchers bought from the local tobaconist shop or the supermarket
Located at Maslinica, a crystal clear fishing harbour on the island of Solta, 12 miles south of Split Airport, only 2 hrs and 10 mins flight by EasyJet from London. From the airport a 45 minuite taxi or bus ride takes you to Split Old Town harbour where you can catch a ferry or catameran to Rogac on the island of Solta. A yellow bus meets each ferry/catemaran to transport you to Maslinica, a 15 minute ride.
Alternately, enjoy a private 1 hour transfer to Maslinica which includes a scenic 30 min journey by speedboat with an option of visiting the Unesco town of Trogir for 2 to 3 hours at while your bags are being looked after.
If you are driving, just get the 45 minute ferry from Split harbour to Rogac, Solta and then a 10 minute drive will get you to Maslinica.

Maslinica is a beautiful small fishing village with pristine clear waters and with houses clustered around the port. Follow up your terraced breakfast and lunch by buying your fish from the local fishermen and enjoy the long evenings cooking your dinner on the large traditional Croatian wood fired BBQ on the ground floor terrace while complementing your food with some stunning Croatian wines. If you want to eat out, there are five restaurants, one of which is part of a 200 hundred year old castle, now a 6 suite up market hotel with its own marina, located below the two properties
